Hello Glo Fam,
I’m thrilled to introduce you to Glo’s latest rockstar teacher, Elena Cheung! I’ve had the pleasure of understanding Elena personally, and I completely love her educating type and vibrant character.
Elena brings a playful, light-hearted vibe to her courses, however don’t let that idiot you – she’s filled with information and precision. She’s keen about anatomy and loves sharing her insights with college students. You’ll typically hear her use quirky, memorable cues like “think about a laser beam coming out of your toe” that will help you nail your alignment and enhance physique consciousness.
Elena is all about how yoga can improve different actions and vice versa. On Glo, she’ll lead some implausible cross-training courses like “Yoga Energy for Runners” and “Mountain climbing Season Prep.” These courses are excellent for these seeking to mix their love for yoga with different modalities of motion and health.
And, in fact, she’s received you lined on these basic yoga days, too. Whether or not you’re within the temper for a dynamic Vinyasa move or a grounding Hatha follow, Elena’s courses like “You’re Right here, Let’s Transfer” and “Begin With Readability” will go away you feeling refreshed and motivated, even on these meh days.
